| Job Description | Full Time Entry Level-Career Track Recruiter for Specialty Niche Staffing Firm in Glendale
· Check and verify information to ensure accuracy, update database and file on a regular basis
· Source, identify, prescreen/assess, recruit and select high quality talent
· Continuously develop and build candidate pipelines
· Full cycle recruiting and placement of temporary/contract and direct hire candidates
Candidate must be able to:
· Perform online research, data mine social networking sites, cold call from directories and follow up on referrals
· Build, maintain, and manage current client and candidate relationships
· Excel in a fast paced environment: multi-task, juggle multiple projects and quickly change direction if needed
· Be detail oriented and highly organized to maintain database documentation integrity; fast and accurate data entry/typing and filing speed
· Work Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm and occasional evenings or weekends as needed; start immediately
· Commute within 5-10 miles of Glendale
Minimum Requirements: · AA/AS or BA/BS in Business or Life Science
· 2-3 years experience in recruiting, staffing or HR preferred
Hourly pay rate: $12-$16 per hour based on experience
